| About Us |
Angelic Ministries, Int. began in 2002, and is a non-profit nondenominational ministry. The primary ministry of Angelic Ministries is to reach out with the practical love of Christ to people entering our doors, by providing them furniture, clothing, linens, kitchen supplies, and other needed household items at no cost to them, all wrapped in the love, encouragement, and prayers or our staff and volunteers who serve those who come to our ministry. Many of our clients have lost most if not all of their household belongings as a result of fire or natural disaster. Some of our clients are coming off of homelessness or out of an abusive situation and are starting their lives over again. All of our clients have been referred to our ministry by local churches or ministries, or by local or county government organizations. The secondary ministry of Angelic is to help men who have come out of homelessness or another rough situation and desire to get on the road to responsibility and self-sufficiency. Our ministry has a number of homes in Knoxville where these men live and are able to be discipled as a new Christian, trained in a marketable job skill, and mentored in a caring, structured environment. These men also serve our primary ministry by picking up, sorting and organizing donations, and by helping those we serve load the items we give them. This portion of our ministry is also supported by a national network called Christian Men's Job Corps.Angelic ministries receives no money from any government fund or agency, and operates solely on the support of caring churches and ministries, private companies and organizations, and individuals, all who give us the donations we distribute, funds we need to keep our facility operating, and volunteer hours to serve those whom we serve. Angelic is open the following days/times
