Stowers Frazier was born in Knoxville Tennessee and grew up in Luttrell, Tennessee. While a student at Virginia Intermont College, she married Charles Michael Frazier in 1965. They have 2 daughters, Nancy Lee and Beth Michele, and between them have 5 precious sons. Around 2000-2001, God began to speak to Betsy about her purpose in life. As a result of this time of prayer and introspection, Angelic Ministries was birthed. At the onset of this ministry, Betsy felt compelled to write this book due to leadings of the Lord.

This ministry is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. It services 80-100 families within the city limits weekly, but also consistently maintains an international ministry.
